My contribution


  • Processing of text- and Excel-files and various graphic- and picture-formats within given guidelines and layout-specifications, mostly adopting my proposals

  • Creation of proofs for editor and authors, if necessary including proofreading as well as communication till consent to publication

  • Assembling of article order and positioning of coloured pages upon consultation with the editor to enable an economic print

  • Creation of printable PDFs and consignment to the printing office

  • Creation of PDFs for editor and authors
